1:1 IFS Coaching
I work with clients using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, a compassionate and practical framework for understanding the different “parts” of ourselves and developing a more grounded relationship with our inner world. Through this work, I support clients in exploring patterns, softening inner criticism, and cultivating greater self-awareness and self-leadership. I have completed Level 1 training through the IFS Institute and am currently continuing my training in Level 2 through IFIO.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and held via Zoom. To schedule a session, please reach out via email.
About IFS
IFS is a pyschotherapy model and widely used framework for understanding the mind and developing a more compassionate relationship with ourselves. Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, the model is based on the idea that we all have different “parts” of ourselves, such as inner critics, protectors, or more vulnerable parts, that influence how we think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges. Through curiosity and compassion, IFS helps people better understand these parts and cultivate a greater sense of clarity, balance, and self-leadership.
In my work, I use the IFS framework as a practitioner and coach to support clients in exploring their inner world and developing greater self-awareness. While IFS is also used by licensed therapists in clinical settings, my work is focused on personal growth and self-understanding rather than psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
